Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept on-line credit card payments for Mastercard, Visa and PayPal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. All transactions are in GBP Pound sterling. Your credit card company will automatically convert your own currency to British Pounds. |

Shipping And Handling
Goods are shipped via Receorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery or a next day courier service using DHL Domestic in the UK and DHL International for the rest of the world. Please use the drop down menu for shipping preferences. Please note that a United Kingdom "Recorded Delivery" service does NOT guarantee delivery and if items are not delivered then the only compensation paid is the amount of postage originally paid. To GUARANTEE delivery and insure against items going missing, we recommend the use of the ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY (RMSD) service or next day Courier: DHL. |
| Delivery Schedule Whilst we aim to ship the same day during the same working day for orders received up to 3.30pm occasionaly due to high demand we may require 3 to 5 business days for shipment. 98% of the time, orders received during a working week are shipped the same day. |
